Training Services
Semi‑Private Training
Get individualized baseball strength & conditioning in a small-group setting. Semi‑private training pairs custom plans with coach attention to build lower-half drive, rotational power, and faster 60‑yard times. VALD ForceDecks and Dashr guide progression. Flexible scheduling in Norwood, MA.
Youth Performance Training
Age-appropriate strength, speed, and agility for developing athletes. We teach movement quality, sprint mechanics, jumping/landing, and safe lifting progressions with mobility and recovery habits. A great foundation for baseball and multi-sport athletes in the Norwood area.
Team Training
Custom training blocks for high-school and club baseball teams. Rosters build lower-half power, rotational strength, sprint speed, and arm-care durability with programming that fits practice schedules. Includes baseline testing, quarterly team reports, and on-site or on-campus sessions.
